Salon / Store Policy
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of salon and spa treatments.
Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.
As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.
We will require your credit card information & $50 Non refundable Deposit at the booking. Also, If you have Voucher, it will be redeemed at the booking .
We are taking Eyelash Fill appointment only over the phone in our front desk hour.
24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another guest and notify our technicians of their new schedule so that they can plan their day accordingly. Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time or no-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee .

*Cancellation & Reschedule has to be done by phone and get a confirmed by our staff in our front desk business hour. ( Any special hour can be check on our yelp page.)
Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee ( Voucher will be redeemed) per our late cancellation policy. Out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guest’s appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
All service sales and gift card sales are final.
Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 3 business days of purchase. In some situations, a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds will be issued in Store credit only. Store credit must be used in 2 month from the issue date of the store credit.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY:
Please notify our Salon Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
All salon guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
EYE LASH SERVICE:
Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. If at all possible, avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner.
Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety and care are of my utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However Camellia Lash Bar & Boutique is not liable for reaction due to our products. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. Please call to schedule.
